Arms: Per chevron Or and Argent in chief five escallops three and two and in base a lion rampant Azure.
Crest: Issuant out of a crown vallary Or a demi lion proper gorged with a wreath of roses also proper and holding between the paws an escallop Azure.
Motto: Deus Est Juvamen Mihi

Dated 9 January 1924

Sir Richard died three months after the Grant.  The Arms would have been inherited by his sons;
