Auctioneers, Swan Fine Art, have recently sold a 19th century heraldic water colour of the Arms identified as Savil-Onley. However, I think they are the Arms of Harvey quartering those of Onley.
Arms: 1st & 4th Erminois on a chief indented Gules a representation of the gold medal presented to Sir Robert John Harvey for his services at the battle of Orthes [pendent from a ribbon Gules fimbrated Azure beneath the word “Orthes”] between two crescents Argent a canton ermine thereon a representation of a badge of the Order of Tower and Sword (for Harvey) 2nd & 3rd Erminois* three piles in point Gules on a canton Azure a mullet pierced Argent (for Onley).
Crest: Out of a mural crown Or a dexter cubit arm erect proper above a crescent Argent between two branches of laurel also proper.
Motto: Alteri sic tibi
* Recorded elsewhere as Or.
The water colour post dates Maj-Gen Harvey’s Grant of Augmentation.
- Robert Harvey (1730-1816) m Judith Onley (1730-1810)
- Lt Col John Harvey (1755-1842) m.1738 Frances Kerrison (1765-1846)
- Maj-Gen Sir Robert John Harvey (1785-1860) m.1815 Charlotte Harvey (1796-1869)

The use of the Onley quarter appears to have been dropped in the entry in the 1929 edition of Armorial Families:
