Auctioneers Canterbury Auction Galleries are offering for sale the 1895 Matriculation of Arms of the Honourable James Bell (1850-1929) of Marlborough Terrace, Govan, Glasgow, Lord Provost of Glasgow. He was senior partner of Bell Brothers & McLelland, shipowners and was created a baronet as “Baronet of Marlborough Terrace” in 1895.
