Vendor brooklandcollectables is offering for sale on eBay the Royal Licence to Lewis Owen Williams to take the surname of Owen in addition to and after that of Williams dated 9th December 1925.

Arms: Quarterly 1st & 4th Argent a pile Sable between two lions rampant Gules a bordure engrailed also Sable (for Owen) 2nd & 3rd Argent two chevronels between in chief as many cocks Gules and in pase two serpents entwined Vert(for Williams)
Crest: On a wreath of the colours a lion couchant holding between the fore paws a greyhound’s head erased Or (for Owen)
On a wreath of the colours upon a chevron a cock Gules (for Williams)
